Countries that hace developed technologies for pollution control (resource allocation or sustainable farming techniques) should be willing to share what good they have to offer with nations which are not as caught up—things should be shared. Resources, ideas, infrastructure and planning of projects should know no international boundaries.
Countries can share and their water rights and try to equalize use. The availability of groundwater varies across countries with some regions having access to abundant supplies. In some areas with excessive groundwater extraction water tables are falling which leads to land subsidence and salinity issues. Sharing water resources can help countries develop despite local and regional water conditions and allow water resources to regenerate.
