A producer is usually a green plant. In the case of that Barn Owl you could say that grass and leaves are producers.

Fungus and plants.  Producers are anything MADE from decomposers like bacteria/worms, eaten by primary consumers – in the case of a barn owl food web, the primary consumers would be insects, mice, small birds, lizards or frogs.  Insects eat the plants, frogs eat the insects, owls eat the frogs and excrete the waste that decomposers turn back into plants.
