The three types of consumers in an ecosystem are herbivores, carnivores, and omnivores. Animals that are herbivores seek sustenance by eating only plant life. Carnivores maintain a diet of herbivores and some other carnivores, depending on where they fall on the food chain. Omnivores eat a combination of plants and and animals (herbivores and carnivores).
Herbivore: Moose, Rabbit, Deer
Carnivore: Snake, Fox, Wolf
Omnivore: Bear, Human
