What are those rocks with little tiny holes all over them called?

Vesicular rocks. The little cavities are called vesicles. The most common rocks with a vesicular texture are pumice and scoria. A related rock texture is amygdaloidal (Greek for almond-like). The cavities of Amygdaloidal rocks (like basalt for example) are filled with minerals rather than empty.
