One very popular way of getting Omega 3 Fatty Acids into your system without eating fish is taking supplements. Basically the tablets contain fish oil, but you don’t have to actually eat the fish in order to get those nutrients.
Other excellent sources are nuts like walnuts and almonds, as well as Flaxseeds and cooked soybeans. Flaxseeds in particular contain more Omega-3 acids than most fish. However, for a more in depth list, please check the provided link.

Eggs and cereals can contain Omega-3 Fatty Acids as well. It’s important to keep a well-balanced diet. Too much Omega 3 or 6 can be toxic, especially to people with contraindications such as bleeding or bruising.

There are a variety of vitamins that you can take that contain Omega 3 fatty acids, which is what you get when consuming fish. My parents take these types of pills everyday. I’m pretty sure that you can get them over-the-counter at any store.
