There are many causes for kidney and bladder diseases, and consequently several different ways to avoid them. Have your blood pressure checked regularly, and make sure that you have low blood pressure, which can keep a variety of diseases away. Cut down on salt (but don’t remove it from your diet entirely) to ensure keeping your low blood pressure. If your urine smells or looks funny, contact a doctor immediately, as this may be a urinary tract infection. Watrch out as well if you find yourself constantly tired, dizzy, or bruisiong easily, as these may be signs of anemia. Have yearly blood tests to make sure you’re not developing any diseases. And finally keep up an active life and drink lots of water.
