Most veggies take anywhere from 60 to 100 days to reach full maturity. The veggies below are considered fast growing because they only take about six weeks (45 days) until they are ready to eat!
If you’re eager to eat your veggies, try planting:
Cress, Lettuce, Mustard Greens, Radish, Scallions, Spinach, and Turnips all grow within six weeks or so. Just because they grow quickly doesn’t always mean they are easy to grow. Make sure you water them regularly and are using good soil!
