Exercise. You will have more energy if you exercise regularly. There are also lots of organic multi-vitamins formulated for high energy. Sleep helps a lot too, because it allows your body to heal and its processes to be more efficient.
Exercise regularly -especially including cardio workouts, and make sure you have a diet high in iron and protien. Also make sure you’re getting 8 hours of sleep a night and eating breakfast everyday.
Also try organic fair trade teas for a subtle (eco-friendly) boost of caffiene.
Sleep, exercise (even if it’s just going for a walk), and getting enough protein is very important. Also taking a daily multi-vitamin can help, as can drinking plenty of water.
