There are a couple of things you can do. First recommendation is to stay off your feet, to reduce stress on them. You can also elevate them. You can also try to drink more water to get rid of toxins and reduce swelling. Massaging also helps. Applying ice is very common practice to reduce swelling.
The strategies that seppe mentioned are definately at the core of any treatment for swollen feet. However, it partially depends on what is causing your feet to swell. If its sprained or twisted, stick with what seppe mentioned and you should be fine. If its a more chronic issue than you may want to consider: drinking more water, reducing sodium intake, regular excercise to improve circulation.
