Personally I have always had great luck with Vitamin C and Echinacea, but most experts disagree with me on this one. Some natural tips from doctors are to blow your nose as much as possible, take steamy showers, put eucalyptus under your nose, put cold and warm compresses on your sinuses, drink hot liquids, gargle salt water, and stay well-rested!
Getting lots of rest and fluids is a big deal. Also, steam is supposed to help, so try hot soup and hot showers. Drink a lot of vitamin C consistently because it goes in and out of your system quickly. Certain teas like ginger, garlic, peppermint or lemon might help. Try to avoid milk or most daily because it can increase mucous. Also avoid sugar because it can weaken your immune system.
