Before you go to sleep after a night of drinking, take one ibuprofen, drink a glass of water and eat a banana if you can. If not then in the morning a glass of milk or water will help.
I personally have had some terrible hangovers and a nice hot shower helps along with eating bread.
I suggest LOTS of water, a cup of coffee to help your headache and shake the groggy feeling, more water, a Kombucha tea, a B vitamin complex, and a good meal. I would also suggest you drink some coconut water, as it contains a great deal of electrolytes, which are diminished with booze.
