It depends on what you mean by large. Kidney beans, lima beans, black beans could all be considered large beans in comparison with other tyes.
Fava beans and runner beans are the largest beans relative to other legumes, but they’re still relatively bean sized (see pictures below). Most huge beans, like the entada bean native to the woody tropics (whose pods are up to 5 feet long) have fewer nutrients per centimeter than their smaller cousins, and also have too woody a texture to eat.
