One is the melting glaciers. These pictures show how significantly one particular glacier has melted from 1979 to 2003. While glaciers do melt as part of their life cycle, the melting of most glaciers has reached record levels because our oceans are warming.
Most of the evidence for climate change might be called “indisputable” by many who frequent this site, but that does not mean no one disputes it, even when science is overwhelmingly against those who dispute it.
In addition to kirch11’s answer: changes in average air temperatures; changes in animal and plant ranges; declining sea ice especially in the Arctic; increase in ocean acidity and temperature; increases in sea level; measurements of chemical components of atmosphere and ocean.
