What are some health effects of working in a solar manufacturing facility?

The manufacturing of solar panels requires interaction with hazardous and toxic chemicals such as arsine, phosphine, and silane.  There are, however, strict safety protocols with regards to handling these substances, but there is always room for error when someone is just learning the systems.  The levels at which these gases are used or encountered depends largely on the production procedure, as well as individual manufacturer’s practices.
