Fruits with 4 or more grams of fiber per serving: raw apple, blackberries, dried figs, pear, raspberries Fruits with less than 4 grams of fiber per serving: cherries, cranberries, grapefruit, grapes, melon, orange, peach
The highest fiber fruit is the pear, which can contain up to 6 grams of fiber per. It is followed closely by the apple, which can contain up to 5. Figs, blackberries, bananas, guava, orange, coconut, grapefruit and apricot also contain a lot of fiber. Most of it lies in the skins of all of these fruits.
Surprisingly, bananas are a good source of fiber. They also have a lot of potassium which helps with the digestion of most fibers.
