The Chameleon Fish is a tropical fish that originated in India.  They are a small fish between 2-3 inches. It has the ability to change its color.  The male changes when it is angry, hungry and during the time of breeding, and when it senses a threat while guarding its brood of eggs.  For survival, it changes color to blend well with its natural surroundings.

If your questions is more about fish that can camouflage – there is the cuttlefish which actually have deep level pigment cells called chromatophores that they can control and some fish species and the nudibranch can actually change their skin coloration by changing their diet.
