What are some countries that haven’t tapped into renewable energy yet?

There isn’t a country that exists which hasn’t tapped into renewable energies of some kind. Every country that has sailboats within it’s borders uses renewable energy. Any country with a windmill powers part of it’s production through the wind which blows and blows again. Even the cultivation of crops, whether refined for fuel or not is a form of renewable energy.

Some countries, such as Germany however are leading the way in making renewable energy a more centralized part of their energy plan. While countries attempting to develop quickly, such as China, still rely heavily on finite fuel resources like fossil fuels and nuclear power.
