Some modern day giants are:
– Petronius Platform, stands 2001 feet above the ocean floor and is considered one of the world’s tallest structures, located in the Gulf of Mexico.
-The Hibernia is located in the Atlantic ocean, off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada. This is the largest oil platform in the world in term of weight. It can hold 1.3 million barrels of oil at capacity.
