The Mayo Clinic suggests limiting alcohol intake, controlling your weight, getting plenty of exercise, breast feeding, stopping hormone therapy, and decreasing exposure to pollutants (such as “polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons found in vehicle exhaust and air pollution”).
