Many companies have started to focus more about how to make the most out of as little as possible. People are also trying to figure out ways to stretch their dollar by buying energy and money efficient cars, houses, and machines.
More specifically, with a tight wallet, people are driving less because they can’t afford the gas. With less driving, less fossil fuels are being burned. The time that people spend in cars has decreased for the second straight year in a row, since 1982.
