What are some commercial airlines that are using biofuels right now?

Virgin Atlantic flew a Boeing 747 jumbo jet on biofuel from London Heathrow to Amsterdam in February 2008, but it was only a demonstration flight that provided further research for biofuel development.  Air New Zealand Ltd., Japan Airline Corp. and Continental Airlines have run similarly successful tests in 2009, but no major commercial airlines regularly use biofuel in their flights today.  Air New Zealand hopes to use biofuel as 10% of its fuel source by 2013, while Virgin has aimed for 5% biofuel usage by 2015.
