What are safe levels of green house gases in our ozone?

Determining the exact safe levels of greenhouse gases has been a difficult issue for scientists who study climate change. There are estimates though. Over 80 of the world’s poorest countries are in favor of lowering atmospheric CO2 levels to less than 350 ppm (parts per million). The current CO2 levels are at 385-390 ppm, which is problematic. The effects of climate change, such as rising sea levels, drought, and violent storms, are already apparent and will most likely worsen if levels do not drop.
