There are some ruins in southern Africa that kind of look similar to Stonehenge. These ruins were recently dated as being the oldest man made structure on Earth. The ruins are basically a stone calendar, which is pretty cool. The links below provide a ton more information about it.
There has also been a structure found in a Greek cave that is believed to be about 23,000 years old. It is a stone wall that blocked two thirds of the entrance to the Theopetric cave, believed to have been used to protect from wind and harsh climates. Scientists tested quartz samples from inside the stones comprising the wall and consistently found an age of about 23,000 years.
I think peoples definition of “structure” may also provide various opinions with this question. I’m sure there are some other very old and interesting structures out there!
