I don’t believe that a fancy word for it exists. Metals that aren’t magnetic are simply called non-magnetic. Since only a few metals are magnetic, I think that it is generally safe to assume that someone is referring to a non-magnetic metal unless they specifically say that the metal is magnetic.
Another word for non-magnetic metals is non-ferrous metals. Non-ferrous means that a metal does not contain any iron. All metals that contain iron have magnetic properties.
