    The normal range for human body temperature is between 97.5 and 98.9 degrees Fahrenheit. Strenuous exercise can increase body temperature to 103, but heat exhaustion starts to set in at 105. Body temperatures can reach 107 temporarily during extremely strenuous activity. On the other end, hypothermia starts to set in at temperatures below 96 or 95 degrees.
