Interesting question. I don’t think there is actually something called the “hoopla enzyme” but it appears to be a knickname given to the combination of enzymes extracted from apples, lemons and cane sugar that the company Doll Face puts in their cleansers.
That’s what I found too. Apparently hoopla enzymes are completely free of sulfates and helps cleanse the skin without altering the composition of natural oils on skin. I think the company Doll Face dubbed it hoopla enzyme to differentiate their products from other facial cleansers.
