All fruits (in their natural form) are healthy. Once pesticides or fertilizers are used fruits could become contaminated by their chemicals, but any organic fruit is going to be completely 100 percent good for you. Some fruits are listed as ‘Superfoods’. These foods are supposed to help you maintain your weight, fight disease, and live longer. There are some fruits on the list that may be better then others such as blueberries, oranges, and tomatoes. Check the list out for yourself.
