when they are harvested?
The biggest factor that affects different types of coffee is the location where each coffee was grown. This is logical because the local soils and conditions were all the coffee plant had at its disposal to grow into the plant that it became, thus it would bear distinguishing flavors and tastes of the region. Sometimes, different types of coffee are blended together to create new flavors that are unattainable through one type of coffee bean.
