What are the byproducts of fuel cells?

Hopefully the byproduct of hydrogen fuel cells is only water, however depending on the temperature and other factors related to the fuel cell, some small amount of Nitrogen Oxide can be created. The other main byproduct of fuel cells is heat, which can be used in some instances to produce more electricity through a heat exchanger and steam turbine. FuelCells 2000 has some good information about fuel cells on their FAQ page.
