The best sources of antioxidants come from fruits and veggies. Antioxidants can also come from dry fruits, legumes, nuts and seeds, cereals, spices and condiments. You can also follow the rule that the darker the berry or veggie is, the more antioxidants it has.
Not all foods are created equal. Though many foods have antioxidants, foods that have the highest antioxidant content are legumes, specifically red beans.
