What are the benefits of raw milk?

    There is an anti-pasteurization movement because pasteurization doesn’t just kill dangerous pathogenss, it also kills beneficial microbes. The argument is that if milk is fresh and properly handled the risks of contamination, illness, and death will not be significant enough to really matter. Pastuerization is considered to be food processing and therefore it decreased the nutritional value of milk.
