Well of course with every diet there are naysayers. The advantages seem to pretty drastic with the Eat-Clean Diet though. It’s not only a change of diet, but also a change of lifestyle. It is recommended you meditate atleast five minutes a day, which has been linked to lower stress levels. Eating low quality foods prohibits your cells from taking in what they need from your diet. With this diet, it seems that your cells are completely detoxed and rejuvenated. It can also help you to remove bad bacteria from your digestive system. Seems like a pretty good diet to me!
