Inside the average cancer-stick you can expect to find: Amonia, Nicotine, Honey, Arsenic, Benzine, Chocolate, Vanilla, Cadmium and/or Lead.

In additino you might find glycerol, menthol and perservatives.

According to http://www.quitsmokingsupport.com: “cigarette smoke contains over 4000 chemicals, including 43 known cancer-causing (carcinogenic) compounds and 400 other toxins.  These include nicotine, tar, and carbon monoxide, as well as formaldehyde, amonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic and DDT.”

I couldn’t find any information on the nutritional value of cigarettes.  Apparently they don’t contain much in the way of vitamins.
