The Antilla House is the world’s most expensive home. It is valued at $1 billion. It was built by Reliance Industries’ chairman Mukesh Ambani in Mumbai and features pricey details like chandeliers of solid gold, a 50-seat theater and 9 cocktail lounges. It is 27 stories and 400,000 square feet.
I wanted to add that Ambani’s estimated net worth is $43 billion, which makes the Antilla House’s exorbitant cost minimal in terms of what Ambani could afford. The house also features a different layout for each of its 27 floors and Vaastu, an Indian tradition similar to Chinese Feng Shui, influences its unusual shape.
