Is there a way for the snakes to leave the wall, like a vent or hole to the outside? In warmer temperatures snakes become active and may try to leave the wall on their own.
If there is not an exit for the snakes, you may need to call an animal rescue or control agent and have them help you remove the snakes. If there is a local herpetological organization, a member may also be able to help you.
I would not recommend trying to kill them as they will die inside of your wall and begin to stink as temperatures get warmer. It will be best to remove the snakes alive.
