Is water quality important to marine production?

Of course it is. All of marine life relies on the purity and constant pH and temperature levels of their water’s ecosystem in order to survive. Just the slightest change in temperature or acidity can be detrimental to a body of water’s organisms. Water pollution is an even larger killer of marine life than over fishing or hunting.
