Is water the only way that nuclear power plants can cool themselves?

Water is the easiest way for nuclear power plants to cool themselves. Water has a very high heat capacity, meaning it takes a lot of energy to heat up the total temperature of a body of water. More energy compared to other substances of the same amount. Liquid oxygen or nitrogen is much much colder, but using it would be more expensive to maintain and the temperature is so low it could cause damage to the machinery. Also using other means could potentially result in using a product that could be dangerous to the environment.
