Is water evaporating faster because of global warming?

Tracking water evaporation, as well as precipitation and river glow is a way to track the changing climate.  The ocean currents and the water cycle are both drastically affected by climate change.  A part of the water cycle is evaporation, and since the cycle is quickening, evaporation is getting faster.  Since heat causes evaporation, the transformation of water from liquid of gas, to occur, a global warming would cause evaporation to quicken.
