Slightly yes. Snow, if falling it a densely polluted area, can absorb some of the pollutant particulate in the air when falling to the ground. As pollution becomes a bigger problem dirty snow will continue to increase.
But haven’t we decreased problems like acid rain/snow and smog in recent decades? And if so, wouldn’t this mean the snow falling today would be cleaner?
