In the units of 1 million km^2, what is the difference of desert during the Holocene and last glacial maximum?

Really? The Holocene epoch was such a long time ago and to accurately tell the area of desert then compared to now, in 1 mil km^2 too, would mean to go back in time, measure it out, and this is just not possible. It is possible however to estimate the amount of desert back then, although this data is hard to find online. It is quite a fact now that desert has increased on the planet, can be attributed to global warming and deforestation, and is a detriment to our environment.
