    C) Tundra is the correct answer. Although due to warmer weather conditions in tundras recently, permafrost is melting and some trees are beginning to grow there. Tundras are found in the Arctic and on the tops of mountains. Tundras experience a 50-60 day period where the sun shines 24 hours a day. Many animals come to tundras during this time to feed and mate.
