Too much of anything is bad for you really. There is a lot of healthy things in salad, but an overdoes of these things would be bad for you.
Most people eat salad with dressing. Those dressings can be unhealthy if eaten in excess because it’s usually high in fat and cholestrol. However, salad by itself is pretty healthy, especially if you add some lean meat. That way, you’ll add more nutrients to your diet.
