Well, I don’t think we really have to worry so much about helium, as it exists in our atmosphere without us interfering. The only thing that’s really bad about it is when we let balloons filled with helium fly away, as they become litter and take a while to biodegrade.
Too much helium in our atmosphere is not a bad thing. It can actually excape Earth’s gravitational pull because it is so light. Helium is also not a problem because it doesn’t react with any of the other elements of the periodic table.
Helium isn’t bad for the air or our atmosphere since it is already part of it.
