No, not really. The effects greenhouse gases can not be reduced or even altered as far as science knows so far. The only way to reduce their impact is to reduce the amount of them found in the air. This is considering if we only think about what we can do here on Earth. This means that the particle per million of these gases has to be lowered significantly. If we consider doing something in space, than large sunshades or sun mirrors can reduce the impact of these gases. These structures would either block or redirect the some of the sun’s raze away from the Earth, making the Earth cooler thus relying on greenhouse gases to keep it warm, but we can not do anything about the gases themselves.
