I don’t think there is any way of harnessing energy from melting ice, unless the water that resulted then ran down a stream, which we could place hydroelectric dams on and power energy that way. It is good that you are thinking outside of the box, jaybal, but until solar and wind energy become more prevalent, we will probably not be investing too much in even more experimental alternative energies.
