Not really, but I suppose you could just post a note — a “tweet” I believe is the common lingo — every time you do something that produces carbon — and then you could have your fans (or go back yourself later and) compile a list or a total of all the carbon you emitted (in a day, week, month, year, lifetime?)… But twitter, as a website, has no carbon calculator and doesn’t get any insights into what you are doing in the way of carbon release/ emissions.
