I found some guidelines from the Cleaveland Clinic on required nutrition for wound healing. While your body is healing you need increased amounts of vitamin A, C, protein, and sometimes zinc. Making sure you have proper nutrition can help you heal faster, however if it is only a small cut it is likely this will not make a big difference. For all cuts, make sure to keep them clean, and you could try to use products like neosporin which claim they hasten healing.
Also make sure it gets some oxygen. Keeping it covered for long periods of time can hinder some of the healing.
