One of the easiest ways to improve circulation is to keep your hands and feet movin’! This will increase the blood flow to these extremities, and they will feel better with that nice warm blood. More physical activity in general will help–try going for brisk walks.
If you limit fat in your diet, circulation will improve, since the blood won’t be quite as thick/viscous. For instant relief, you can put your hands and feet in a bath of warm water or try raising your feet–this can drain some of the fluid and make the blood flow better. Stress can also inhibit circulation–try to remove yourself from stressful situations, if possible. And of course, stop smoking, since nicotine can hinder your blood flow as well.
