Not really. Our body is like a well-oiled machine in that it will absorb all there is to absorb. Our waste material is made up of either solid or liquid waste that our bodies could not use, like tough cellulose fibers, certain undigestible tissues, and excess water that our bodies can’t store. There’s not really a need to try and absorb more nutrients, as you’re probably getting all you need. If you feel you aren’t, I would talk to a doctor about your diet, etc, and see if there are any supplements you might need.
