Is there a way to determine the impact we the carbon our bodies produce has on Global Warming?

Currently there is no way to monitor the effect of a single human being, but as a whole, the entire population of Earth exhales 3.2 billion tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.  To put this number into perspective, other anthropomorphic emissions amount to 7.9 billion tons into the atmosphere.  So our bodies produce a significant amount of carbon and this number will continue to rise as the population increases.
